Terms of Service

By using BouseMutton you agree to the terms below. We have kept them as short and plain-English as our lawyer would allow.
Acceptance
Using any BouseMutton tool, free or paid, means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable use
You may not upload images you do not have the right to process. You may not use the service to produce content that depicts minors in sexual contexts, incites violence, or violates applicable law. You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer how the service works, or probe it for vulnerabilities without a written agreement.
Accounts and credits
Credits purchased for paid tools are non-transferable and tied to the account that bought them. Unused credits do not expire while the account is active. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; any unused credits on a terminated account may be refunded at our discretion (see the Refunds policy).
Intellectual property
You keep every right you had in the images you upload. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs. BouseMutton’s code and brand remain our property; nothing in these terms grants you a licence to resell or sublicense the service itself.
File type checker (paid batch)
The paid batch flow on the file type checker reads the bytes of every uploaded file in order to identify its content type. Uploads are stored on disposable temporary storage for the duration of the job and are deleted within 60 seconds of inference completion. Only the resulting CSV report is retained, on a single-use signed URL valid for 24 hours from job completion. The free single-file flow runs entirely in your browser and uploads nothing. We do not claim malware detection on either flow; the verdict identifies the format, not the safety of the contents.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that outputs will be free of visual artefacts, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet any specific use case. We specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend the service for maintenance, or terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you a different venue.
External AI providers
Tools that forward image bytes off-server are listed here with the destination provider, region, and purpose. Every tool below is gated by a one-time consent dialog.
