What you can ask about

  • Tool problems

    A tool returned a broken result, a file would not upload, or something looks wrong. Include a screenshot if you can.

  • Billing and refunds

    Questions about a credit pack, an invoice from Stripe, or a refund request. Include the invoice ID (starts with "in_") from your Stripe receipt.

  • Account help

    You cannot sign in, your credits look wrong, or you want your account deleted. Email from the address on your account.

  • Privacy and data requests

    Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to delete your data, or report a privacy concern. We respond within 30 days as required by law.

How fast we reply

We aim to reply within one business day for paid customers and within five business days for everyone else. Outside European business hours, replies may be slower.
