Refunds Policy

The free tools do not charge you, so there is nothing to refund there. This policy covers paid credit packs and subscription plans.
14-day cooling-off (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer you may cancel a credit purchase within 14 days of the transaction for a full refund, provided you have not consumed any of the credits in that time. Consumed credits are treated as a delivered digital service and are excluded from the cooling-off refund under Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Unused credits outside 14 days
After the cooling-off window, unused credits on an active account are refundable at our discretion on a pro-rata basis. We typically approve these within two business days if the account is in good standing.
Faulty outputs
If a paid job returns a visibly broken result (truncated file, corrupted image, failed upscale) we will refund the credit automatically when the failure is logged. If you believe a completed job should have failed, email [email protected] within 7 days with the job ID and we will review.
Chargebacks
Please email us first before raising a chargeback. We can almost always resolve the issue faster than your card provider can. Accounts with active chargeback disputes are temporarily suspended until the dispute is resolved.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your BouseMutton account. Include the invoice ID (it starts with "in_" in your Stripe receipt) and a one-line reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
