### Does rotation reduce my image quality?

Rotations of 90, 180, or 270 degrees are lossless: they reshuffle pixels without resampling. Arbitrary angles like 45 degrees require resampling and introduce slight blur.

### Can it fix EXIF-based orientation tags?

Yes. We read the EXIF orientation tag and bake the correct rotation into the pixels, then strip the tag so downstream tools do not rotate it again.

### What about flipping?

The same tool flips horizontally (mirror) or vertically. Combine with a rotation for the full eight orientations.

### What happens to my image?

In any modern browser, rotation runs entirely on your own device and the image is never uploaded. If your browser does not support local processing (a tiny fraction of traffic), we fall back to a server round-trip: the upload is only held while we process it, and is deleted the moment the result is sent back. Either way, nothing is saved, indexed, or trained on.
