### Does this strip SynthID?

No. SynthID is an imperceptible signal that survives visual edits. This tool only cleans the visible watermark overlay. If you need cryptographic provenance stripping, you need a different tool.

### Is my image stored?

No. Your image is only held while we process it and is deleted the moment you download it (or the moment the request is abandoned). Nothing is saved on our servers.

### Why only one image per request?

One image at a time keeps the free tool fast for everyone. If you have a stack of images to clean in one go, drop two or more into the same uploader and the paid batch path takes over. The free tool stays free because the paid path covers the running costs.

### Can I clean up multiple images at once?

Yes. Drop two to fifty images into the uploader at the same time and the paid batch path takes over. The cost is 1 credit per image. Sign in or buy a credit pack to start. When the batch finishes, you will see a download for each cleaned image. Your download links stay valid for 15 minutes.

### Does my image ever leave my browser?

Most images never leave your device. When you drop two or more images, your browser runs a quick local pre-clean on each one first. Images that the local pass finishes cleanly stay on your device and cost zero credits. Only the images that still carry a residual after the local pass are sent to our server for the heavy clean-up model, and you only pay 1 credit per image for those.

### Is there a size limit?

Free uploads are capped at 25 MB per image. The paid batch path takes up to 50 images, totalling up to 500 MB.

### Local pre-clean

A first pass we run inside your browser before we even ask our server for help. We check each image you drop and quietly clean the easy ones on the spot. Most images never leave your device. The harder ones (post-edited, colour-corrected, screenshots) are the only files we actually send to our server, and you only pay credits for those.
